We get it, sometimes a fit just isn’t ā€œthe oneā€.
So here’s the deal:

  • You have 3Ā days from delivery to request an exchange.

  • A ₹150 exchange shipping fee is charged to cover the cost of reverse pickup and reshipping logistics, especially as we are a new brand working to keep pricing fair and sustainable.

  • Exchanges are valid for size swaps only - same style, same color.

  • Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, bodysuits cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited (we keep hygiene a high priority, babe šŸ’…).

A few important notes

  • Items must be unwashed, unperfumed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup.

  • Your new size ships out after your original piece passes a quick quality check.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for the product value instead.

  • Reverse pickup is available in select pin codes; in other areas, customers may need to self-ship their return.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@butterbawd.comĀ with your order ID and what size you’d like instead.

  2. Our team will share the return pick-up details.Ā

  • You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email support@butterbawd.com with your order ID and reason for return for store credit.

  • A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. This helps us cover logistics as a growing brand while continuing to deliver buttery smooth pieces ✨

  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase and have no expiry date.

⚔ Defective or Wrong Item?

If you get the wrong piece or something’s off, we’ll fix it fast.

  • Reach out within 24 hours of delivery at support@butterbawd.com with a clear unboxing video. The video should show the package opening from start to finish, including the outer packaging, product, tags, and the issue faced. This allows us to verify and assist you as smoothly as possible.

  • Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement right away -Ā no cost, no stress.

  • If that item’s sold out, we’ll give you full store credit.Ā 

  • Note: Our warehouse also maintains packing videos for verification.

We’re unable to cancel orders once they’re placed. Orders enter processing right away to ensure timely dispatch, and this step can’t be paused or undone. Thank you for understanding.
