💕 Exchanges

We get it, sometimes a fit just isn’t “the one.”
So here’s the deal:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

  • Your first exchange is free, bestie 💌

  • If you need another, we can absolutely help for a small ₹150 shipping fee.

  • Exchanges are valid for size swaps only - same style, same color.

A few important notes

  • Items must be unwashed and unperfumed, with all tags.

  • Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup.

  • Your new size ships out after your original piece passes a quick quality check.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for the product value instead. 

Please Note: Bodysuits can only be exchanged if untried and unworn (we keep hygiene a high priority, babe 💅).

How to request an exchange:

  1. DM or email us at support@butterbawd.in with your order ID and what size/style you’d like instead.

  2. Our team will share the return pick-up details or address if self-ship is needed.

 

💔 Returns

We want you to feel amazing in your Butterbawd but if it’s not love at first try, that’s okay 💘

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email support@butterbawd.com with your order number and reason for exchange for store credit.

  • A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. This helps us cover logistics as a growing brand while continuing to deliver buttery smooth pieces ✨

  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase and have no expiry date.

A few gentle rules:

  • Bodysuits can only be returned if untried and unworn (we keep hygiene a high priority, babe 💅).

 

 

⚡ Defective or Wrong Item?

If you get the wrong piece or something’s off, we’ll fix it fast.

  • Reach out within 48 hours of delivery support@butterbawd.com with a few clear photos or a short video.

  • We’ll send you a replacement right away - no cost, no stress.

  • If that item’s sold out, we’ll give you full store credit.
